Play- Do

I thought I would take the oppertunity to post a blog. Seems I haven't been doing a very good job keeping it up to date these days. Well oh well. These are pictures of Rylie with Play-Do. I have never bought her play-do before but I figured it would give her something to do in an empty house. Yea this is when we just moved in and didnt have anything. She seemed to like the play-do alot. Unfortunately mommy freaked out a little because of all the "crumbs" on the floor and every where else. I had to tell myself to chill out at times. I think that's why I like day care.. they get to do all the good, fun and messy stuff there and not at my house. HEHE!! Well enjoy the pictures.

Handy Rylie!!! I thought I would post these pictures as they are too cute not to. Scene: A couple weeks ago we went to Lowe's to figure out our storage/pantry situation or lack thereof. While walking we came upon a woman standing there inviting parents and children to do this project. Oh how neat but isn't Rylie too little to do those things?? Naw she is good. HEHE!! Anyway We signed her up to make her own little tool box (project for that time). Little did mom and dad know that one or the other had to attend. Ok so I stayed behind while John searched the place. Anyway Rylie was issued her own pair of goggles, a hammer, the kit and a real cool apron with her name on it. WOW!! So we sat down next to the other people and kids there. Rylie sporting her apron, goggles and hammer we got to work. A little while later interest was lost and so began the stripping of the cool goggles and the hammer. Well that leaves mommy to do it. We were able to finish the tool box in record time and it looks great. Rylie got a cool certificate of completion and a patch to be sewn onto the apron. Well I didn't have the camera there at the time so you will have to settle for these ones.
